I am currently an Associate Research Professor at the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), where I also received my Ph.D. and completed my postdoctoral training under the supervision of Prof. Xiangnan He (何向南). My research focuses on recommender systems, LLM personalization, reinforcement learning, controllable recommendation, and LLM agents. I am particularly interested in recommendation bias, long-term user satisfaction, personalized alignment, and communication and collaboration among LLM agents.
